Leadership Team
Kevin Reifschneider
Kevin co-founded Millennium more than 25 years ago and has been instrumental in building the company’s engineering-first culture and reputation for technical excellence. An FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER), he began his career as a design engineer at Learjet and today leads Millennium’s engineering strategy, customer engagement, and quality systems. Kevin is deeply committed to delivering innovative, reliable solutions that strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
Rodney Gorges
Rodney is a co-founder of Millennium, working alongside Kevin to steer the company’s growth. With over 20 years of direct operational experience, he has a deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing and organizational leadership. Rodney started his career as a Learjet design engineer and now oversees Millennium’s production and daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and technical excellence.
Clint May
Clint joined Millennium in 2024 and leads production and operations across the company’s various Wichita facilities. He previously held quality, production and operations leadership roles at Kaman, Spirit AeroSystems and HM Dunn, and he holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a degree from Wichita State University.
Tom Wright
Tom’s career with Millennium began in 2004, where he helped shape the company’s early engineering capability and contributed to many of the seating and interior platforms that built Millennium’s reputation. After expanding his experience during a three-year period at Textron Aviation, Tom returned to Millennium in 2025 to lead the engineering team. He oversees all design, stress, certification, and new product development activities, ensuring Millennium continues to deliver high-performance solutions across its customer programs.
Robyn Zoglmann
Robyn joined Millennium in 2023 and manages all accounting, financial reporting and banking compliance. She previously served in multiple finance and accounting roles at Triumph Group, bringing strong aerospace-focused accounting experience to the organization.
Bryce Bolen
Bryce brings more than 25 years of business development and strategic sourcing experience spanning interiors, structural components and composites. His background includes roles with Enjet Aero, Cadence Aerospace, Perfekta Aerospace, Hawker Beechcraft and Bombardier, and he also supports customer engagement efforts through Dynamic NC and Burnham Composite Structures.
Our History
1999 – 2005
Foundation & VVIP Beginnings
- Launched with a focus on narrow- and widebody VVIP engineering, supported by select special-mission modification projects, with Ozark Aircraft Systems as the launch customer
- Became an FAA production approval holder, earned program-specific STCs, and initiated development of new aircraft seating system platforms
- Began construction of the 9050 W. Monroe facility, which became Millennium’s headquarters for the next 20 years

2006 – 2010
Transition to Product Manufacturing
- Designed and certified the first seating system, resulting in Millennium’s first FAA Technical Standard Order (TSO)

- Began making significant investments in facilities and equipment to support transition to full-scale manufacturing
- Secured long-term contracts with blue-chip OEMs to support multiple seating and interior programs

2011 – 2015
New Platforms & Infrastructure
- Broadened product portfolio with Beechcraft King Air seats and interiors and Epic E1000 seating

- Secured additional STC approvals for Kodiak interiors and began collaborating with Pilatus on the design & development of commuter seats
- Acquired second production facility and invested in the company’s tooling and advanced composite development capabilities
2016 – 2020
Scaling & OEM Integration
- Signed multiple long-term contracts with Textron Aviation to design and manufacture seats for nearly the complete Textron Aviation product line

- Added three additional facilities to support composite fabrication, assembly operations, and expanded capacity in paint and liners
- Began delivering certified seating to Pilatus PC-12/24 and other OEM platforms

2021 – Today
Vertical Integration, Investment & Growth
- Acquired 7227 W. Harry Street facility on Wichita’s airport authority and relocated headquarters

- Expanded machine shop, panel, and composite capabilities, more than doubling production capacity
